Start with the work your workshop actually does
A useful bulk order starts with your own repair history. List the scooter models you service, the parts you replace regularly and the stock already on your shelf. Separate frequent purchases from occasional requests. This gives you a clearer shopping list than buying a large quantity just because a lower unit price is available.
Record the exact part name or code beside every item. A short label such as “throttle” may describe several different products. Include the model, connector details or previous invoice reference where you have them. If a detail is uncertain, ask before ordering a box of the same item.
Compare the unit and trade prices
Some Chirag Autos products have a quantity-based trade price. The product page shows the threshold where that rate applies. Type your required quantity directly into the quantity field or use the plus and minus buttons. When a listed discount threshold is reached, the price panel highlights the trade rate and shows the saving against the standard unit price.
For illustration, a part priced at ₹110 with a ₹100 trade rate from 50 units would have a listed total of ₹5,000 for 50 units. That example is not a price promise for every part. Always check the actual product listing and the final quote. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges must be confirmed separately.
Keep units consistent
A piece, pair and set are different buying units. Check the unit shown on each listing before multiplying a quantity. Ask what is included in a set if the description is unclear. Do not assume that two photographed components mean you receive two complete sets.
- Match each item to its exact product code.
- Record the listed buying unit.
- Check the required quantity and available stock with the team.
- Confirm whether the quoted price includes all applicable charges.
- Ask about dispatch timing before promising a repair completion date.
Review the cart before sending
The Chirag Autos cart lets you review product photos, available specifications and quantities together. You can change quantities there without returning to each product page. Listed line totals update with the applicable quantity tier, but a cart is still an enquiry until the team confirms the order.
When you open WhatsApp, read the prepared message before pressing Send. For a large order split into multiple messages, send every part so the team receives the full list. Include your business name and delivery location in the conversation.
Keep the confirmation with your records
Ask for one final confirmation that covers products, quantities, payment and delivery. Compare it with your original shopping list. Keep the agreed quote and transaction reference together so it is easy to match arriving packages to the order.
Build your next list from parts used rather than parts bought. This makes repeat ordering more deliberate and helps you spot slow-moving stock. Start with the spare-parts catalogue or contact the team through the bulk-order page.
