How ordering on WhatsApp works, what prices mean, and what we promise.
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Chirag Autos (est. 2022), and the process of ordering products through our WhatsApp channel. This is a business-to-business trade channel serving dealers, distributors, workshops and fleet operators.
1. How ordering works
- This website does not collect any payment. It is a catalog and inquiry platform.
- Orders are placed by sending your cart or inquiry to our WhatsApp number (+91 93505 01596).
- A contract of sale forms only when our team confirms availability, final price and payment details in chat.
- Payment is accepted by UPI, net banking, or RTGS as instructed by our team. We do not offer cash on delivery.
2. Prices & availability
Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without notice. Where a price is marked negotiable or “price on request,” the final quote in WhatsApp prevails. Stock badges are indicative; availability is confirmed at order time. Scooter prices are ex-showroom and exclude the battery unless stated.
3. Replacement & warranty
Our Replacement & Warranty Policy applies to all purchases. We operate a replacement-only policy; no returns or cash refunds.
4. EMI interest requests
EMI is a planned feature marked Coming soon. Submitting an interest request is not a loan application or approval. Chirag Autos does not currently provide financing, is not a lender, and does not currently offer EMI, interest rates or financing terms.
5. Acceptable use & content
Product images, text and the Chirag Autos name may not be reused without written permission. Do not misuse the inquiry forms (spam, false identities, automated submissions).
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chirag Autos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under Indian consumer law.
