The website helps you prepare an order
Chirag Autos lets you browse electric scooters and spare parts, compare available product information and prepare an order through WhatsApp. There is no online checkout payment on this website. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock or complete a purchase.
Start by opening the product page and checking the exact name, available specifications and buying unit. Enter the quantity you need using the keyboard or the quantity buttons. Where a product has a trade-price threshold, the displayed rate updates when your quantity reaches that threshold.
Review every line in your cart
The cart brings your chosen products together with their photographs and available details. Check the quantities before sending the message. A listed subtotal helps you plan, but the team must still confirm the final amount, availability and delivery arrangements.
Items marked “price on request” need an individual quote. Do not treat a partial subtotal as the total for a cart that contains those items. Mention your delivery location and any timing requirements when you speak with the team.
Send the prepared WhatsApp message
Choose the order button to open WhatsApp with your cart details prepared. Review the text and press Send yourself. Simply opening WhatsApp does not send the message. If a long order is divided into several messages, send each one and tell the team when the list is complete.
The team can then check the requested products and respond with a confirmed quote. Keep the final confirmation easy to find in the conversation. If you change quantities later, ask for the amount to be reconfirmed before transferring money.
Confirm payment details before transferring
The bank transfer details page lists the supplied Chirag Autos HDFC account information and registered business details. Confirm the order and exact payable amount with the team before making a transfer. This website does not initiate the transfer for you.
After transferring, share the transaction reference and order reference in the order conversation. The team verifies receipt before confirming payment. Do not post banking passwords, PINs or one-time codes in a website enquiry or WhatsApp message; these are not needed to identify an order payment.
Keep a simple order record
- The confirmed product names and quantities.
- The final agreed amount and delivery information.
- The payment transaction reference.
- The invoice and dispatch details when provided.
If something in the confirmation differs from your intended order, clarify it before paying. This is especially useful for products sold as pairs or sets and orders containing several similar variants.
